PAT OXY-Carbon Filter-Micro - Micro Unit
Replacement activated-carbon gas filter engineered for the PAT Micro Filtrabox/Micro-X fume extraction system, helping capture gases, odors, and airborne contaminants generated during DTF production.
Characteristics
The PAT OXY-Carbon Filter-Micro is a replacement gas-filtration stage designed for the PAT Micro Filtrabox / Micro-X DTF Fume Extractor. It works as part of the unit's multi-stage filtration system to help improve exhaust-air quality during direct-to-film printing and curing applications.
The gas filter is filled with pure activated carbon, providing a highly adsorptive filtration medium for capturing gaseous contaminants and reducing process-related odors before filtered air is returned to the surrounding workspace.
Used alongside the Micro system's pre-filter and PTFE HEPA filtration stages, the OXY-Carbon filter provides the gas and odor-control portion of the filtration process. The Micro-X is a portable DTF fume extractor using a three-stage hydrophobic HEPA filtration configuration.
Regular replacement of the carbon filter helps maintain effective filtration as the activated carbon becomes saturated through normal use. Actual service life will vary according to production volume, contaminant concentration, operating hours, and application.

- Pre-Filter: Provides the initial filtration stage for capturing larger airborne contaminants.
- PTFE HEPA Filter: Provides high-efficiency particulate filtration within the Micro filtration system.
- OXY-Carbon Filter: Uses pure activated carbon to help capture gaseous contaminants and reduce process-related odors.
- Maintaining all filtration stages helps support effective overall fume extraction and exhaust-air quality.
- Inspect the OXY-Carbon filter as part of the Micro unit's regular filtration-system maintenance.
- Replace the filter when odor-control performance noticeably decreases.
- Inspect the filtration system if airflow performance changes during operation.
- Follow the equipment manufacturer's recommended filter maintenance and replacement schedule.
- Maintain the complete filtration system rather than relying on the carbon stage alone.
- Inspect and replace the Micro unit's foam pre-filter and PTFE HEPA filter as required.
- Actual carbon-filter service life will vary depending on production volume, contaminant concentration, operating hours, and application.
- Always power off and unplug the fume extractor before servicing or replacing internal filters.
- Install the replacement filter in the proper position and orientation according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions.
