Screen Printing Tapes

SPSI offers pallet tape, blue block out tape, split tape, masking tape, quick rip tape, adhesive tape, cloth tape. All in a wide selection of sizes.

Screen printing tape is used for applications like blocking off sections of a screen for a specific color, creating clean edges in the design, or protecting areas of the screen from ink contamination.

Pallet tape on a screen printing press is a specialized adhesive tape used on the print bed or pallet where garments or other printing materials are placed during the screen printing process. This tape is applied to protect the surface of the pallet from ink, dirt, or other contaminants that could affect the print quality. It also serves to help secure the material being printed (like a shirt) in place to prevent it from shifting during the printing process.
