Usage Tips
  • Apply to the substrate side of the screen.
  • Use a straight edge, card, or plastic spreader for larger open areas.
  • Thin with water if needed for brush touch-ups on small pinholes.
  • Allow blockout to dry thoroughly before printing.
  • Clean ink from the screen before reclaiming.
  • Remove dried blockout with water during reclaim.
  • Use emulsion instead of Chroma/Fill when touching up screens intended for water-based ink printing.
